ABOUT THE GCA TRADES ACADEMY
The Guam Contractors Association Trades Academy, Inc. is established to provide a nationally recognized industry skills training center, support U.S. Department of Labor recognized apprenticeship training programs, and to support the skilled labor needs of construction contractors and related industries doing business on Guam.
The GCA Trades Academy is closely associated with the Guam Contractors Association. The Guam Contractors Association was founded in 1959 and is a non-profit association whose membership is comprised of approximately 250 construction industry and associate member organizations. The members of the Guam Contractors Association board of directors are the original incorporators of the Trades Academy.
